Refund Policy

At our studio, every ceramic piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, making each item one of a kind. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Important Note
We recommend packing returns carefully, as ceramic items are fragile. We are not responsible for damage during return transit.
