At Koloh Ceramics, each piece is thoughtfully handmade to order, so we take 5–10 business days to process before dispatch. Custom and bulk orders may require additional time depending on design and quantity. Once ready, orders are shipped across India and typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges & Packaging

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. For bulk orders, shipping costs may vary and will be communicated separately if needed. All products are carefully packed using protective, eco-conscious materials to ensure they reach you safely, and a tracking link will be shared once your order is dispatched.
