At our studio, every ceramic piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, making each item one of a kind. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packed in the original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Natural Variations
Our ceramics are handmade, so slight variations in color, glaze, shape, or texture are part of their charm and not considered defects.
How to Request a Return
Email us at koloh0812@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Important Note
We recommend packing returns carefully, as ceramic items are fragile. We are not responsible for damage during return transit.
